Charging problems August 19, 2024 Reviewer: Laurie from Indianapolis   Only had it a few months before it wouldn’t charge without tapping the actual charging cord to the device. It leaks really bad. Very disappointed in Smok on this one. For the price it should be  much better. Was this review helpful to you?

Coils leak February 3, 2024 Reviewer: Angy from NJ   It's a great vape until you leave a little juice in it for more than a few hours. The coils and pod leak everywhere. All the time. Every day. I really like smok so I kept using it. I have gone through over 10 packs of coils and I even bought a new 3 pack of the actual pods hoping maybe it was the pod. But it does the same thing. Really disappointing. I use regular vape juice in mine. Was this review helpful to you?

I haven't had any issues and the device is really easy to use and set up. I also really like the flavor that the coils give and I love the 6.5ml pod. I don't have anything negative to say about it. Smok Duality August 6, 2023 Reviewer: Sean from NJ   This device really let me down. I got it, it pulled really nice, it felt nice to hold, and it easily became my favorite. In 3 months from my original purchase, I started encountering problems charging. It would say it's charging, but it wouldn't go up past a certain number. I returned it, was sent a new device and again, within 3 months, I started having charging problems. I had to angle the wire different ways to get it to pick up a charge. What sucks is I just bought coils for this dang thing. I've never used anything but Smok devices because they pull so nice. Unfortunately, their structural designs cause them to falter, lose charge, and even when I lock devices, EACH device I've owned has had issues going off in my pocket; burning my leg and burning out coils. They have to do something about the devices going off in pockets. Was this review helpful to you?
