Mailed the wrong product January 20, 2024 Reviewer: Kevin Smith from Springfield, MO United States   I ordered some pods bc I can't find anywhere in town that sells the pods I use and they sent the wrong ones which is very frustrating bc it takes several days to get here to begin with on top of that I have to pay shipping. It's been days now and they haven't offered to do anything to compensate for their error. They sure sent me an email to ask for a review though lol well here's your review. Your customer service is terrible and I won't be using your service again because of it. Nor will I recommend that anyone ever uses your service.  You haven't lifted a finger to make up for wasting my time and money. And that's just bad business.
