Received the wrong item December 5, 2023 Reviewer: Michelle Logan from Wichita Falls , TX United States   What I ordered and the item I received are nothing alike. I expected to get the pictured item. Luckily I saved the order invoice because I had to have the paperwork to ask for help getting what I paid for. Had to send photos of paper and item received to an email address so I'm unsure what the process will be to correct the error. it works I guess but no flavor August 2, 2019 Reviewer: Tom Whatley from Houston, TX United States   I don't know about this thing. You have to really suck to get it going. Without a button you can't get the coils hot until you start to draw which means a casual draw produces nothing. I have to pull on it 2-3 times to heat it up and then take a real draw.
