I ordered the V9 Max by Smok and was sent the regular V9 stick. I’ve talked to customer service about a reimbursement for difference in price and sent all the information with pictures in an email to the department she told me to. I’m pretty upset bc I’ve still not gotten a response from your company. If someone could please look into this matter it would probably keep me on as a customer bc I like the prices and delivery time. Thanks
