Easily my favorite juice from cream team.  Not exactly what I would consider an ice cream vape but the neapolitan flavor profile is a good description tastes more like a blend vs certain flavor notes overpowering the overall taste.  Smooth vape @ .3 nic not harsh ever or overly sweet.  If you like vanilla or strawberry milk type vapes you'll enjoy it.
