Unfortunately, the proper address was not on the package, so it wasn't delivered to the proper address. And yes, I provided the correct address, your company failed to put the lot # on the package. I was then told by a representative of your company that I'd receive a full refund in the form of store credit. That isn't shown anywhere on my profile with your company. I won't be doing business with your company unless this is resolved.
